Qumea is an innovative Swiss start-up that is active in medical technology worldwide and specialises in mobility monitoring for patient safety in hospitals and care institutions. The fast-growing team is now active all over the world.
Initial situation
Qumea faced the challenge that their previous Salesforce system was both expensive and limited. With strong team growth, the company needed a platform that was accessible to all employees. Although already monday.com was in use, it was only used fundamentally. The goal was to create a scalable solution that provides better visibility, improves data quality and builds a complete CRM system. In addition, all Salesforce data should be seamlessly migrated and monday.com integrated with the existing bexio infrastructure.
Solution
We implemented a comprehensive monday.com solution as a central CRM- and project management tool. Through the strategic use of Make, we not only automated the complex migration of Salesforce data, but also created a integration with bexio. At the heart of the solution is the seamless integration of all business processes: personals, customers and products are with bexio synchronised, which enables automated preparation of offers. With just one click, professional word documents are generated and the entire quotation process is automated.
The new structure combines sales, project management and after-sales in a uniform workflow, which allows Qumea to centrally manage everything from initial customer inquiries to long-term support. In addition, we integrated automated customer satisfaction surveys directly via the system.
