Falk&Ross Group Europe is a leading major distributor and producer in the textile sector. With a diverse portfolio of marketing assets, from catalogs to newsletters to trade fair rollups, the company was faced with the challenge of optimizing its marketing processes and resource planning.

Initial situation

Falk & Ross Group Europe was already using monday.com and recognized the platform's potential for company-wide project management early on. In order to fully exploit this potential, the existing structure should be developed in a targeted manner — particularly with regard to transparency and efficiency.

Management needed better insights into the status of marketing assets, production times, and resource utilization. In particular, planning and prioritizing various measures was a challenge. The existing solution resulted in a high level of coordination effort, for example when manually managing and coordinating tasks. This left less room for creative and strategic work.

The aim was therefore to further develop the processes in monday.com in such a way that transparency, predictability and efficiency were significantly improved.

Solution

We implemented a completely restructured monday.com Solution that was analyzed and built from the ground up. The focus was on the development of a systematic project management with clear workflows for various asset types. Through integration smarter dashboards received management for the first time complete transparency about all ongoing campaigns, production times and resource allocation.

A special focus lay on the automation repetitive processes thru Make. We developed automated workflows for ticket creation and allocation based on asset type and designer availability.

In addition, we implemented a seamless integration between dropbox and iPaper for the Catalogue production. This workflow made it possible to simply upload PDFs to a Dropbox folder and then automatically create and link flipbooks, a process that was previously completely manual.

The solution also included the implementation more precise time estimates and capacity planning, making the team realistic for the first time Allocation of resources and was able to manage workload.
