Initial situation

An Axon Garside legal client managed their contacts and company data in the Lawman legal system, but needed to integrate this data with HubSpot for improved CRM and marketing. The biggest challenge was that Lawman did not provide a direct API interface, making seamless data transfer to HubSpot difficult. Manual data transfer was time-consuming and prone to errors, which is why an automated solution was required.

Solution

To solve this problem, we developed an automated integration solution based on Make.com together with Axon Garside.mThe customer regularly exports a structured file with the relevant contact details. This is automatically uploaded to a secure server, where a make workflow picks it up, processes it and transfers it to HubSpot without manual intervention. Automation runs daily and ensures that any changes to the internal system are quickly and reliably available in HubSpot.

The new solution saves time, reduces errors and enables customers to efficiently use HubSpot as a central CRM system — without making any changes to the existing IT infrastructure. This created a stable, scalable data flow between systems that sustainably supports marketing and sales processes.
