IET Berlin GmbH is a specialist firm in the field of electrical design for both small and large buildings. As a technical service provider, IET supports complex construction projects from the planning stage through to completion, and relies on efficient, structured management of its design projects.
Initial situation
The planning department at IET Berlin GmbH faced the challenge of managing its growing number of electrical planning projects in a structured manner. The company had already taken its first steps using monday.com, but lacked the necessary structure, systematic approach and expertise to fully exploit the platform’s potential. Tasks and work packages for the various planning projects were difficult to track, there was no overall overview, and the technically complex planning process placed particular demands on the solution.
Solution
Blinno supported IET Berlin GmbH through a targeted consultancy and training programme (train-the-trainer), in which the in-house monday.com champion received intensive support and was empowered to further develop and operate the solution independently.
The focus was on setting up a structured project management environment within monday.com Work Management that meets the complex requirements of the electrical design process. Blinno worked with the team to analyse existing processes, identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate solutions to map their industry-specific requirements within monday.com.
In addition, further back-office processes were implemented, including fleet management for company vehicles and recurring tasks for internal workflows. By consistently focusing on empowering the internal champion, IET Berlin was able to gradually expand its monday.com environment independently and is now fully capable of maintaining and further developing the platform on its own.
