Initial situation
Nomady is an innovative online platform that enables nature-based camping experiences by connecting campers with hosts who offer their properties as campsites. The company faced the challenge of optimizing the management of its growing number of hosts and business partners, as well as reactivating inactive users to ensure the scalability of its business model.
Solution
A CRM system for hosts and business partners was set up in the Work OS monday.com, including traceable evaluations and clear dashboards. All communication with hosts is also stored and tracked there, thanks to the integration of Gmail into monday.com. To ensure that Nomady could get off to a flying start with the new monday.com solution, we trained the team and were available to answer any questions they had after the launch.
To contact inactive users, the process automation software Make was also used to automate the sending of newsletters. This involves sending regular emails, for example with voucher codes, to the desired recipients in a fully automated process.
