An education company was looking for a solution to streamline the management of student data, from initial contact through to course enrolment. Previously, information had to be transferred manually between the HubSpot CRM system, the Eduframe learning platform and the user management system in Microsoft Azure. This was not only a time-consuming process, but it was also more prone to errors.
Solution
Together, we developed an automated integration system that seamlessly links these three key platforms.
Centralised data management
HubSpot serves as the primary CRM system for all student information.
Automated workflows
Make (formerly Integromat) coordinates all data exchange between the systems.
Identity Management
User accounts are automatically created and managed in Microsoft Azure.
Seamless integration with the learning platform
Automatic synchronisation with Eduframe for course enrolments.
Webhook-based communication
Event-driven process automation for real-time updates. This ensures that all relevant data – from the initial enquiry via the CRM system through to full registration on the learning platform – flows automatically and error-free through the system. Manual intervention and duplicate data entry are completely eliminated.
