Mirror column value in subitems
Automatically transfers the value of a defined column in the main item to the corresponding column of all sub-items. This means that statuses, quantities or IDs are maintained centrally and synchronised everywhere.
Generate QR code from text
Takes the content of a text column, generates a QR code from it, and saves it directly to the files column. This is ideal for product links, tickets, or access codes.
Generate barcode from text
Converts the contents of a text column into a barcode and automatically saves the file in the Files column. Perfect for inventory, shipping labels and product labelling.
Set item names from message
Automatically assigns item names based on text or patterns stored in the automation. Column values can be inserted for consistent, meaningful names without manual input.
Create link from message
Automatically fills the link column with a URL defined in the automation. Combines fixed text with column content to create dynamic, individual links for each item without copy and paste.
Write Auto-ID Column in text column
Writes the custom ID to a text column so that it can be used in automations and workflows. If there is no custom ID column, the Pulse ID is used.
