Paragon is an internationally active consulting company, specialized in customer communication and lead supply. The company develops comprehensive communication solutions for well-known global brands and helps customers optimize their marketing processes and campaign planning.
Initial situation
Paragon was faced with the challenge of developing a comprehensive forecasting system for point-of-sale materials for one of its major customers in the food industry. The requirements included managing hundreds of different POS objects for numerous brand campaigns in 43 countries. Until now, this process was primarily controlled via Excel spreadsheets, which led to inefficiencies, confusion and difficulties with data aggregation. The existing system was unable to efficiently process the immense amount of data of over 800,000 product entries per year and made it difficult to coordinate orders across countries.
Solution
Together with Paragon, we therefore developed a holistic solution for planning and managing POS materials. Since the amount of data was too big for monday.com alone, we combined three powerful no-code tools:
Monday.com serves as a clear frontend for users Xano handles data management in the background and Make ensures a seamless connection between the two tools.
This complex solution now enables a structured process: Campaigns are created centrally and passed on to the respective country teams, which can enter their individual POS material requirements. The system automatically collects all orders, calculates estimated costs based on prices and discounts, and creates detailed forecasting. As soon as the offers are available, the actual prices are transferred directly to the system.
Thanks to fine-tuned user rights, country teams only see their own data, while central management maintains an overall overview.
And the best part: Despite changing requirements, the system remains flexible and thanks to our no-code architecture, without any additional programming.
