Initial situation

Nomady is an innovative online platform that enables nature-based camping experiences by connecting campers with hosts who offer their properties as campsites, and the company faced the challenge of optimizing the management of its growing number of hosts and business partners, as well as reactivating inactive users to ensure the scalability of its business model.

Solution

A CRM system for the hosts and business partners was set up in the Work OS monday.com, including comprehensible evaluations and clear dashboards. All communication with the hosts is also stored and tracked in this system, thanks to the integration of Gmail in monday.com. In order for Nomady to get off to a good start with the new monday.com solution, the team was trained by us and could fall back on us at any time with questions after the go-ahead. In order to contact inactive users, the newsletter dispatch was also automated using the "Make" process automation software. Regular emails, for example with voucher codes, are sent fully automatically to the desired people.
