Ron Orp is a Zurich-based service provider with a focus on electronic media. We were commissioned to build and implement tailor-made monday.com solutions for several departments. Thanks to targeted automation, we were also able to eliminate repetitive work for the company.
Solution
We developed custom monday.com and make solutions for various departments including sales, project management, expenses, onboarding, and content creation. By building efficient processes and integrating the MOCO time recording tool into monday.com, we were able to automate recurring tasks and significantly improve resource planning at the same time. The result: more structured processes and significantly more efficient work processes across the company.

The implementation of monday.com has helped the company to make its work processes more efficient and thus optimize them. The departments are now working together even more effectively and have a clear overview of the resources and progress of their projects.
