Initial situation

Offconsult, a leading consulting, interior design and planning company, has been providing comprehensive services in the real estate sector for over 20 years. Through their experience, they know the complexity of the industry and the need for efficient project management. The aim was to use monday.com as an integrated tool from sales to project management to project completion. In addition, it should now be possible to book times for the planned tasks directly on monday.com. Another wish was to enable seamless integration between the back office, particularly in the area of invoicing and employee time management. This should make things easier for employees and increase the efficiency of the entire company. This should also provide comprehensive insight into the resource overview.

Solution

To achieve these goals, monday.com and MOCO were fully integrated. Contact and company data were synchronized and repetitive work steps were automated or made more efficient. Projects and sub-projects can now be created in monday.com. With just one click, an offer can be created in MOCO, which is available directly in monday.com as a PDF. In addition, newly created projects on monday.com can be transferred directly to MOCO. This allows employees to allocate their working time directly to the respective project. In total, we have introduced 16 of these advanced automations to make our customers' processes more efficient with Make process automation software. In order to give Offconsult an overview of the available resources, a comprehensive resource overview was also created in monday.com, which summarizes all projects and also takes vacation and absences into account through integration with MOCO. ‍
