Initial situation

As part of the spin-off of Verian from Kantar, a new IT infrastructure had to be set up to support the company's independent business activities. This infrastructure needed to interact seamlessly with Kantar's existing systems while fulfilling Verian's specific requirements.
One requirement was to implement a new project management and workflow solution that was compatible with SAP4HANA ERP. The solution also needed to be flexible enough to support Verian's different project types while enabling efficient collaboration between teams in over 14 countries.
The biggest challenge was the ambitious realisation period of 3 months including conception, requirements analysis and go-live.

Solution

We were commissioned to implement monday.com as a centralised project management and workflow tool and integrate it seamlessly with SAP4HANA. This integration enabled the automatic creation of projects using specific templates based on project type, allowing Verian to achieve a high level of efficiency and standardisation in project delivery. During the implementation, we worked closely with Verian's outsourcing team. By using agile no-code tools, adjustments could be implemented quickly and without extensive programming work, which enabled a flexible response to changing requirements over the course of the project.

An unforeseen but exciting additional project arose during the main implementation: due to our proven efficiency, we were also commissioned to realise an integration between Hubspot and SAP SalesCloud within just two weeks. Other well-known providers quoted and offered the effort at 75 days, while we realised the whole thing in 10 days. The integration was designed to track sales from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and automatically allocate these leads to Sales. The successful realisation of this project using Make demonstrated our ability to respond quickly and effectively to new challenges
